why can't mark have a sexton blake? No sugar in that. No sugar fair enough but it looks like a they are cutting out anything enjoyable. You cannot sustain that.
The diet theyre having looks good...just takes time to adjust. There's not a lot of meat though,especially considering the amount of physical labour they have to do.
You don't need to have a sugar "free" diet though,just cut out the added spoonfuls of sugar in tea etc and don't have regular fizzy drinks and sweet treats. Little treats taste so much better;-)
I was a coffee addict and used to drink 10 plus cups a day. Two sugars in each cup and my preferred cold drink was Coca Cola. I gave both up for lent and it made me so ill. I thought it was caffeine withdrawal at first but now think it was sugar withdrawal.
Now I drink two cups of coffee a day...MAX...and only have a coke when I pop in the pub (pub is work related) and I'll only have 1.
