Near to me - Syston pronounced Sighs-ton not Sisston, Scalford pronounced Scor-ford not Scal-ford, Croxton Kerrial pronounced Crow-son not Crocks-ton
It was always Shrowsbury, but now I think lots of people say Shroosbury.
Don't get me started on Keswick!
A little off subject - but there is a REAL solicitors in Warwickshire called "Wright Hassall" ........... surely it puts off potential clients?

I'm from Shrewsbury and it differs between people who live there. Shrows is seen as the posher version and the correct version if you look at the original old spellings but Shroos is very commonly used locally. I didn't go to the kind of school where you could get away with saying Shrows and it's stuck :)

There is also Ratlinghope pronounced Ratchup. Few up here too, Berry/Burry (Bury) etc... The one that really grates on me is people pronouncing the Sal in Salford like in Sally.
