studded belts

There are lots of leather belts around with studs that stop for the belt holes, but though I know they make them, I haven't found anywhere that sells the type where the studs form the whole belt...

On the little metal covers in the street for cable phone/TV cables, they all say C.A.T.V. I expect the c is for cable and the TV is obvious, but what does the A stand for?

Bhangra meanings

I listen to a lot of Bhangra, but not being Asian myself, wonder what the chants mean, if anything. The ones I can remember are bule-bule, areepa and bruah, though there are some others as well.
