Hi Is it possible for me to fit a tap to the incoming mains I AM NOT ABLE TO TURN OFF THE MAIN SUPPLY can this be done, if so the incoming is the old 1/2 inch and new is 15mm would this be a problem...

Barn Owl

I saw a Barn Owl yesterday afternoon at about 2.30. It was broad daylight and OK weather!!! I could'nt believe it, it just flew across my garden, quite low and in no kind of rush. I was truely amazed....
